Great food and drink. Reasonable premises.
Served by no less than 8 different members of staff. The first few were not friendly, namely the initial waitress and big guy from the bar. We were there for the 2 hour bottomless brunch. Waited 25 minutes to be able to order our drinks and 40 minutes to order food. We asked if we could finally order and were told the manager would come over to us as we were rude. I said they were welcome to send him over but ...I'm still waiting. As a couple in our late 50s we've never had any problems before and we seldom have a problem with service.
Really disappointed and we'll not go here again. We always feel welcome at the Victoria St venue....
Understaffed? Poorly managed?
Beware.

The location is decent, it’s a pity the staff are not. Both Jodie and Becky(manager) are liabilities to the restaurant.
I ordered food and the quality was poor and missed items.
They proceeded to try tell me how they changed things based on previous experiences rather than compensate for the food or replace items this is against the advertised products on the website. Clearly doing their jobs and dealing with things based on each customer experience is too much for them to handle.
Education is required on customer satisfaction and maybe observation at the consumer act.
Avoid this branch where possible especially if the two named lazy individuals are there.

We hadn’t been to a Turtle Bay for years and then my daughter asked to go whilst we were visiting Liverpool - wow. The service was absolutely fantastic and everything was spot on from being greeted to the wonderful food we ordered.
The 2-4-1 cocktail was delicious, we had to candy sour, and the kids meals were substantial. It was so good that we returned the next day!
They catered to gluten free without an issue and everyone found it real value for money.

Nourriture très bonne mais piquant, attention aux personne qui ne supportent pas pas le piquant.
Au niveau du service, la serveuse nous dis que c’est happy hour mais lors du moment de payer, nous dit que c’est pas dans les heures qui sont allouées au happy hour.
Tout le monde de la table n’avait pas fini le plat, qu’elle retire les autres plat et amène la facture environ 20 min avant la fermeture sans demander si on voulait un café ou un dessert.

Often with bottomless brunch, service can be slow and you don’t end up with drinks but we were regular asked if we wanted to order more and had no complaints whatsoever

Tara was an amazing waitress!! Always checking if our food was ok, checking if we needed more drinks. She had lovely conversations with us! I would love to come back here. the food was delicious and the drinks came super fast! Money = worth the quality! I can’t wait to come back.

We went for the bottomless brunch with 8 of us and it didn’t disappoint, the cocktails where flowing for the whole two hours and we didn’t have to wait at all, Seyfi was are waiter and he was amazing! We all had a great time and it was amazing value for money, we will all definitely be going back! 🤩🍹🍹🍹🍹

Drinks only but Emmie was so attentive. Always checking in on us and making sure our drinks were topped up. She directed us to the app and helped us learn about the loyalty scheme 😊

We cane all the way from Essex and SEYFI was absolutely brilliant!! He kept delivering the drinks and was very friendly and fast:) If you want to go to a bottomless, I could not recommend this place enough x
